Điều 1: Không chia sẻ tài khoản (Single-User Policy) / Article 1: Single-User Policy
Mỗi tài khoản được cấp chỉ dành riêng cho một cá nhân duy nhất sử dụng. Nghiêm cấm chia sẻ tài khoản, cho mượn thông tin đăng nhập hoặc dùng chung theo nhóm. Hệ thống kiểm soát bảo mật sẽ tự động phát hiện các phiên đăng nhập bất thường từ nhiều thiết bị hoặc địa chỉ mạng khác nhau.

Each registered account is strictly granted for a single individual user. Sharing accounts, lending login credentials, or joint group usage is strictly prohibited. Our automated security monitoring actively detects suspicious concurrent logins from multiple devices or differing network IP addresses.

Chúng tôi coi trọng tuyệt đối quyền riêng tư của bạn. Toàn bộ thông tin cá nhân, tên đăng nhập, email và lịch sử học tập được mã hóa an toàn. Ban Quản trị cam kết tuyệt đối không bán, không chuyển giao và không cung cấp dữ liệu cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.

Điều 3: Quyền đình chỉ & Chấm dứt tài khoản (Termination) / Article 3: Account Suspension & Termination
Ban Quản trị có quyền khóa hoặc xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản ngay lập tức mà không cần báo trước nếu phát hiện một trong các vi phạm: chia sẻ tài khoản, can thiệp mã nguồn trái phép hoặc có hành vi gian lận làm ảnh hưởng tài nguyên hệ thống.
English Translation
The Administration reserves the full right to immediately suspend or permanently delete any account without prior notice upon detection of violations, including: account sharing, unauthorized source code tampering, or abusive activities that compromise system infrastructure.
Điều 4: Chính sách không hoàn trả (No-Refund Policy) / Article 4: Strict No-Refund Policy
Mọi khoản phí duy trì, phí kích hoạt dịch vụ hoặc đóng góp vận hành hệ thống (nếu có) đều là không hoàn trả (No Refunds) trong bất kỳ tình huống nào, bao gồm cả trường hợp tài khoản bị xử lý kỷ luật hoặc khóa vĩnh viễn do vi phạm các điều khoản trên.

All service maintenance fees, activation fees, or platform operational contributions (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable under any conditions, including situations where an account is sanctioned or permanently terminated due to violation of these rules.
Điều 5: Hạn mức công suất hệ thống (Tối đa 50 Thành viên) / Article 5: System Capacity Limit (Maximum 50 Members)
Để đảm bảo hiệu năng và duy trì hạ tầng độc lập, hệ thống chỉ chấp nhận tối đa 50 tài khoản hoạt động. Ban Quản trị có quyền tạm ngừng phê duyệt tài khoản mới khi đạt mức giới hạn.

To ensure high performance and maintain independent cloud infrastructure, the platform maintains a cap of 50 active member accounts. The Administration reserves the right to suspend new account approvals when this capacity limit is reached.
